1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 33bmd platform — including the website, mobile interface, betting products, casino games, and promotional features — you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 33bmd ("we", "us", "the Platform"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using 33bmd.

33bmd reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. We will indicate the date of the most recent revision at the top of this page. 2. Eligibility

To open and maintain an account on 33bmd, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 33bmd is strictly an adult platform and does not permit access to any person under the age of 21, regardless of local age-of-majority laws.
• You must be a natural person capable of entering into legally binding contracts under the laws applicable to you. Corporations, trusts, and other legal entities may not register as players.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current registration information including your legal name, date of birth, and a valid mobile number registered in your name. Providing false information constitutes an immediate breach of these Terms.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person, business, or third party. Each account must represent one individual player only.

33bmd reserves the right to conduct identity and age verification checks at any time. If you cannot satisfy a verification request within a reasonable period, 33bmd may suspend your account and withhold pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

3. Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold only one account on 33bmd. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed and any balances being forfeited. When registering, you agree to the following:

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your password with any other person.
• You must notify 33bmd support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• You must keep your registered mobile number current. An outdated mobile number may prevent account recovery and delay KYC verification.
• Your account is personal to you and may not be transferred to, sold to, or used by any other person.

33bmd is not responsible for any losses or damages arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account, including losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your negligence in protecting your login credentials.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

33bmd accepts deposits via the following Bangladesh mobile wallet services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All deposits must be made from a wallet registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the Platform:

• A minimum deposit amount applies to each transaction. The current minimum deposit threshold is displayed within your account dashboard at the time of deposit.
• Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible. 33bmd does not process withdrawals to third-party wallets or wallets not registered in the account holder's name.
• 33bmd may require KYC documentation before processing withdrawal requests that exceed internal thresholds. Required documents typically include a copy of a national identity document and proof of ownership of the registered payment method.

33bmd reserves the right to withhold or reverse any transaction where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. Any funds associated with confirmed fraud or policy violations will be permanently forfeited.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

33bmd offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual offer:

• All bonuses carry wagering requirements (rollover). Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. The rollover multiplier for each bonus is stated in the individual offer terms.
• Bonuses are valid only for the account holder to whom they were issued. Bonuses may not be shared, transferred, or used in conjunction with another player's account.
• 33bmd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, including cancelling a bonus that has already been credited to a player's account if there is evidence of abuse or exploitation of promotional terms.
• Players who hold outstanding bonus funds at the time of a withdrawal request acknowledge that 33bmd may, at its discretion, cancel active bonus amounts before processing the withdrawal, removing those bonus funds and any winnings attributed solely to those bonus funds.

33bmd takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion multiple times, using automated tools to meet wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players to guarantee bonus outcomes. Any confirmed abuse will result in account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and game rounds placed on 33bmd are subject to the specific rules of each product — sportsbook, live casino, slots, and crash games. In addition, the following general rules apply across all products:

• Bets placed are final once confirmed. 33bmd does not accept cancellation requests for confirmed bets except in circumstances where a technical error on 33bmd's own systems demonstrably affected the bet.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game round, 33bmd will attempt to resolve the round based on the last valid game state recorded on its servers. Where a round cannot be resolved, stakes may be refunded at 33bmd's discretion.
• Odds, lines, and payout rates on the sportsbook and crash games may vary and are confirmed at the time of bet placement. Subsequent changes to published odds do not affect already-confirmed bets.
• 33bmd may void any bet or game outcome where there is credible evidence of match-fixing, event manipulation, collusion, or exploitation of a software error. In such cases, relevant stakes will be returned to the player's account balance.

7. Responsible Gaming

33bmd is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its duty of care to players seriously. 33bmd operates a strict 21+ only policy and actively encourages all players to set personal limits and use the responsible gaming tools available on the Platform:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately and cannot be increased for a minimum cooling-off period.
• Self-exclusion: Players may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from 33bmd by contacting customer support. During a self-exclusion period, the account will be suspended and the player will be unable to log in, deposit, or access any gaming products.
• Time-out: Players may request a short-term time-out period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a time-out the account is suspended in the same manner as a self-exclusion.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 33bmd and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using the Platform for any money laundering activity, including depositing funds derived from illegal sources or attempting to use gaming transactions to disguise the origin of funds.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform, place bets, or meet wagering requirements in a non-human manner.
• Colluding with other players to fix game outcomes, share information about live dealer hands, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage over 33bmd or other players.
• Registering more than one account, or registering under a false identity, for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing any restriction applied to a previous account.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, display errors, or pricing errors to gain winnings that would not result from normal, fair gameplay. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors will be void.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

33bmd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Circumstances in which 33bmd may take such action include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including eligibility violations, prohibited activity, or providing false registration information.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a formal request from 33bmd.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 33bmd, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of funds, loss of data, interruption of service, or any other commercial or financial loss. 33bmd provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, either express or implied.

33bmd does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults, or events beyond 33bmd's reasonable control (including but not limited to internet outages, mobile network disruptions, and force majeure events) may cause temporary unavailability of some or all Platform features. 33bmd will endeavour to restore service as quickly as reasonably practicable in such circumstances.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the 33bmd Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, text, graphics, images, software code, game interfaces, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the exclusive property of 33bmd or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 33bmd.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

33bmd collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering on 33bmd, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein. 13. Amendments to These Terms
